I ordered this product after reading great reviews. I applied the product all over my face. Everything seemed fine, but with a couple hours my face starting itching and started turning red. It is now the 2nd day, and it looks like I have a sever sunburn. My eyelids are swollen, my skin is bright red, burning and itching. I have hives all over my neck and decolletage. My face is hat and I am miserable. I'm applying strips of fresh aloe vera leaf on my face to reduce the symptoms. Read more

I got this initially through Fab Fit Fun and loved it. After running out of the sample (which was the same size I ordered) I ordered off of amazon. It dried out my eyelids horribly to where they itched and got super swollen and ultimately peeled the skin off. It took me a while to figure out it was the lotion vs other products I was using like anti wrinkle gel or new waterproof mascara since I loved my initial bottle. I stopped using it and went back to my old moisturizer and my lids healed up. I tried it again the other day to be sure it was this very expensive lotion... and same reaction. It has been years since I have found a face lotion that I loved. So I was surprised when I tried this lotion and loved it. I have combination skin that can lean toward the shiny side through out the day. This lotion moisturizes but does not leave my face feeling oily. My face, with normal morning application of powder, stays low shine through out the day. Less oil seems to make my complexion seem more even (I only wear blush & powder on my face). I used this for 4 days and really liked the way it felt on my face. I woke up on morning for in my face was completely swollen. My eyes were swollen shut, my cheekbones, and my nose were all swollen. I had to call into work and go to the doctor. The doctor said it was an allergic reaction to this product and to discontinue use. Obviously, this may not happen to everyone but be careful, it took four days of use to react to it. I also used the acne face wash, so I'm not hundred percent sure which one if not both caused me to have an allergic reaction. I was able to return the product and get a refund which is the only thing I can ask for, so I really appreciated that. That is why I gave two stars instead of one. Read more

I have very oily, sensitive, blemish prone skin and this is the only moisturizer that works for me! Very lightweight, yet moisturizing. Evens my skin tone, keeps oil under control, helps minimize pores, reduces breakouts and it really does not have a scent which is PERFECT for my sensitive skin. I mix this with my Nars Matt Base then apply with a blender and my makeup stays on all day! I also use this moisturizer with the SPF, both are great products! Read more

This moisturizer gave me a horrible rash of small inflamed very itchy bumps all over my face neck and eyelids after only using it twice. I was introduced to Murad products through facials at Massage Envy Spa, and it has now become my daily, nighttime go to moisturizer. My favorite thing about this product is that it is so smooth and lightweight, it absorbs right into my skin and I can't even feel I'm wearing it. I hate when a moisturizer feels heavy or greasy at all, you know? I have very sensitive skin, so I also love that this product is very gentle, little to no fragrance, so no breakouts or irritation from any of Murad's line for me. It seems to calm and soften my skin with every use. I also LOVE that they do not test on animals. The only downside for me is the price for the volume. I am on a budget, so it's a little rough for me, so I tried to find something similar, but there is literally nothing on the market I have come across even close to this, so I am willing to shell out the cash for such an amazing product! Absolute life saver in battling mascne! I bought this whole line when I went back to work in direct care and noticed acne on my chin from wearing a mask all day. I use this twice a day after washing my face with the cleanser on this line and in 2 weeks or so my skin is clear! My skin is super sensitive and Murad is pretty much the only thing I can use. Worth every penny if you ask me! I love this moisturizer so much it’s definitely my favorite product. Smells really good and provides deep moisturizing without being greasy. Highly recommend!!
