Pros: It has a very simple design. It's just a simple black mat behind your front seats. Very little in the way of fancy designs, and very little in the way of pockets, which can become really cluttery. And if you have dogs or children, those pockets become points of interest for them to grasp on. We've had products with the pockets before, and it never works out the way you would like as a storage space. It will become cluttery.Cons: For some people, not having pockets is a con. But for neat freaks, and people with kids, no pockets is a blessing. Another con is that, it is a universal fit, therefore, if you have a larger seat, it may not cover the edges. These are the best! I've purchased two sets, one set for my car and one for my husband's. They are easy to attach to the seats, simply click the upper strap around the headrest, and click the bottom strap around the bottom of the backrest/seat. I was worried the strap would be uncomfortable for the driver and front seat passenger, because you're sort of "sitting" on the lower strap that holds the kick mat in place. However, I don't even notice it. I've installed these in a 2017 Subaru Forester and a 2017 Ford Fusion and they work great - no more muddy footprints on the back of my nice leather seats!Note - I tried at first to install these using only the top strap that goes around the headrest, because the lower strap seemed to fit awkwardly around the seat. However, my kids would just put their feet under the mat (since nothing was strapping it down along the seat) and get their dirty shoes all over my seat back. Like I mentioned above, even though the bottom strap seems awkward, you need to use it to keep the kick mat secure, and I never notice that I'm sort of sitting on the strap that goes around the lower portion of the seat. So far I'm really liking this product. My grandsons have a habit of putting their feet on the back of our seats. I've checked and the dirt from their shoes is NOT coming through onto the back of my seats anymore. I haven't yet washed them, as this is a recent purchase. When I do I'm either going to throw them in the shower and rinse them off (winter time) or hose them off outside (summer time). I'm not saying a person can't just throw them in the washer as other reviewers have said, but I'm just going to hose them down to make them last a little longer. I also know it's cheaper to take a wash rag and wash off seats occasionally, but this should save on the wear and tear of my leather seats as well as keep them cleaner. It took me forever to purchase this as I was dreading the price, but the time for our relocation came quick and I needed something less generic to protect my seats from all the kicking that would occur between California and Florida. So far, it has done its job with minimal residual dirt and mud. With our first child, we used a dreamy backseat organizer that kept everything in sight and readily available. With two now, going on number three, minimalism is our current organizing state of mind. We did great without all the excess toys and nicknacks and stored essentials elsewhere. Functionally and clean up its perfect.The strap at the headrest should not be. Entrap it should be a strap type tightening.... it works in my wife’s equinox but it’s awkward on just a big clip showing in my Jeep. Also the lower strap should be configured to pull the corners down and out having it just on the side and having to angle through the seat cushions makes it stick out rather than flush to he seat. First impressions of the Brica Deluxe kick mats are good. They went down easily in seconds seem to be good in my car (2016 Hyundai Sonata). Having a new car I was worried about the light color of the interior and messy children and these mats are a perfect solution. Went back-and-forth on whether or not to buy these particular kick mats because I was worried about the strap and how would appear on the drivers and passenger side of the seat. But as tyou can see from the pictures, while the strap is visible it is not unsightly and could possibly even be shoved into the crack of the seat little further depending upon the type of seat you have. I put these in a weekend driver, the type of vehicle that only goes out on sunny days when the top can be put down, and the type of vehicle where no food what so ever or drinks are allowed. With that said, they serve their purpose.Now if I put these in my other vehicle where the kids are dumping their milk on each other, throwing food around and putting litlle dirty freaking muddy feet everywhere including the into the back of my seat, I don't think these would fare so well. The material is thin and I suppose not the easiest to clean. I would definitely look for some fake leather or vinyl type product that dirt and debris can easily be cleaned off of. These covers are nice for my rav4, I bought a second set for my wifes tucson, I like the straps so easy to install and adjustable, has ribs insert on the top part preventing to flap down the shoulder, does not cover the whole rear of the front seats but enough to cover where my kids put their feet up or kick the seat.
