It has taken me some time to write a review since I wanted to see what affect these vitamins had on my body, I am half way thru my second order and am very pleased with the overall results. One of the major improvements is in my eyesight. After reading for a period of time it would take some time for my eyes to refocus from the close distance experienced in reading to clearly seeing everything in the room. That is no longer a problem. My focus can now quickly adjust from reading to clearly seeing things in a distance. In addition I think these vitamins have given me better overall all energy. The only negative is the size of each capsule - can be hard to swallow at times unless I get a sufficient amount of liquid to help move them down my throat but that is not a constant problem, usually happens when I am not fully awake in the morning. I always thought taking vitamins was just a bunch of hocus pocus snake oil baloney.This multi-vitamin with the mens support and the extra blends really made a difference for me.I used to never be able to sleep through the night. Either from plain restlessness or having to wake up 3-5 times a night to pee. This vitamin stopped all that within the first couple of days of taking it. Not only can I usually sleep through the night. Anytime I have to get up to pee its never more than once a night. Then when I take my vitamins in the morning it also makes me feel more clean energy. Instead of feeling like a slug in the mud I can actually function now. Definitely well worth the price I paid for the benefits I get out of it. This vitamin alone made me a true believer in natural supplements. The crazy thing is I have been a natural supplement salesperson for over 15 years but never really believed in them much just let people make up their own mind. I've only been taking these a couple of days now, and I know it's too early to feel any benefits yet, or so it seems.I do think I notice a tick more energy. I'll update the review as time goes on to include more details as time goes on...One first thing I did notice was the taste...it's not altogether unpleasant, but there is a definite taste when you put them in your mouth. The only thing that changed in my diet was this multi-vitamin. After a month, I started having prostate issues and my doctor thinks I have prostatitis. As there is no definitive way to know if this product caused my inflammation, I can't advise anyone to cease its usage. As for myself, as cautioned by doctor, I have stop taking this supplement. Instead of protecting my prostate, I fear I recieved the opposite affect. Read more
Every time I take these I get the feeling like I am going to puke about an hour after. I have been taking them for about a month and like the cognitive benefits, but I really don't like going to the bathroom and kneeling over the toilet. Great customer service though. Read more
