I’m not a fan of most of their products, but they finally a superior product with this. It’s loaded with higher dose vitamins and what really got me it had 10 mg of Boron, who ever created this has been paying attention to research. According to NIH.gov a study involved people taking ten mg of boron daily. They found the men in study had an increase of nearly 40% free testosterone, while also decreasing estrogen by over 40% percent. Though it had no increase in total testosterone. Confusing, I know. Basically boron makes your testosterone you already have and turned it to free testosterone and free testosterone is what your muscles use to grow. Prior to this I was buying boron and multi vitamins separately, this product is way cheaper! I do still take Dim with this product to keep estrogen as low as possible. Definitely not your one a day multi. That's a good thing. There is no such thing as a fully dosed multi in only one tablet. 3 tablets is a serving here and that gives you a solid dose of fat soluble vitamins like Vitamin A as well as harder to get minerals like Zinc and Copper. By far, this multi is beyond complete with plenty of other goodies as well. Some things I like are calcium, needed if you work out a lot, and saw palmetto, needed if you're a male. I started taking these pills about eight moths ago, I was a bit skeptic about them mainly because of possible side effects. In the past I had tried some multivitamins that would make me feel sick. A male friend told me about them so I started taking them. I started taking 3 as directed, but I noticed that my pee was bright yellow right after the first day of taking them, it was like a florescent yellow. I read that this was due to an excess of vitamins, which it was great, my body was pretty much telling me that "Hey that's just a bit too much vitamins." So I decided to take only 2, I was still peeing florescent yellow, so decided to take 1 instead. So far taking 1 pills has been great, I still feel the effect of the pills e.g. I don't feel sleepy or tired midday, nor dizzy, or have had any allergic reaction. Everything seems good with my body, I do feel more energetic and again , WAY less tired. I hope my review helps you with deciding on your purchase. I have been taking multi-vitamins for a long time and wanted to switch brands to see if there was something better out on the market. I almost skipped this brand but after reading a couple of the other reviews, I wanted to buy it just to see if my urine would also be neon, dark orange and/or sedimentary. THIS PRODUCT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!I bought a bottle and took the required amount daily. My kids say it smells like dog food but I can confirm they don't taste like it. I started my regimen after a decent workout, creatine and some other supplements. The color of the urine was amazing. I actually had to call my wife in to see it and she was impressed. A little disgusted but impressed at the same time. I slowly stopped taking the other supplements one at a time to prove that when it came time for this review, that I could totally and unequivocally attribute the neon urine to this product. So here we are, review time and again, this product is great. I did learn that if you drink lots of water throughout the day, the liquid leaving your body is a slightly tamer color.Along with the amazing side effect mentioned above, I did notice that I sunburn a little easier and I have more energy and focus throughout the day. Just make sure you stay hydrated. I am on my 4th or 5th bottle of these now and I don't see myself switching back to the other brands anytime soon. I take these in combination with extra Vitamin D, BCAAs, DHEA, Creatine, Protein (obviously) and HydroxyCut Hardcore Elite along with lots of fluids. I can see why this is one of the cheapest multivitamins on Amazon. Everytime I take these, it leaves a weird metallic taste/sensation for hours that I can feel Everytime I would breathe. It's hard to explain but it makes me sick. Did some research, and found out this side effect happens with multivitamin that use dirt cheap ingredients. Make sense given the price of these.
