I saw reviews that said the patch would come off with the paper, well I will have to say when I first attempted to remove the patch it did start to come off with the paper. So I went at it on another corner more gently and have not had any problems removing the patch from the paper.I did a lot of research prior to choosing this one and felt like it would be the best bang for my buck. I have been on this patch for 6 days now and have to say I have more energy then I ever have and I feel great. The patch stays on all day and I have to take it off at least 1 hour before bed. These are awesome! I had to have my entire stomach removed due to Gastroparesis (unable to digest food). I need now to always take vitamins for life because food goes from esophagus to small intestine. This can lead to not getting full benefits from food and taking vitamins. Within two days I was perky and felling more energetic. My blood taken and was good. So easy to just replace a sticker on clean dry skin and get what I need and not gag on pills. I cannot believe how much this patch helps my energy. I've struggled with chronic fatigue syndrome for about 30 years, and for the last 4-5, I've had very few "good days" as a result on ongoing physical and mental stress from trying to care for my elderly mother post-stroke and suddenly widowed. I'm also using this company's B-12/energy patch, and as I said, I cannot believe how much more functionality I have as a result.I did have to reduce to using just half of one of these daily, in combination with the B-12 and anti-aging patches, due to the cumulative dose of niacin (B-3): after about 6 hours on, I'd flush severely, and it would last for hours more. Once I re-read the labels, I figured it was an overload of niacin (this patch has 40 mg alone, which is a high dose of traditional niacin and almost certain to cause flushing). At half strength, I do fine.The combo of B-12 and this multi-vitamin patch have made a HUGE difference in the quality of my life, and with the first use. I don't tolerate many vitamins, especially the Bs, but I need the right form of folate due to having the MTHFR mutation.
