Within about a day of taking Mucinex about every 4-6 hours, I could finally breathe again. A day or so later, I felt nearly human again. This stuff works so fast. It didn't make me feel sleepy or foggy, so I was able to take it while I was at work, which was nice. And the taste, while not something I'd want to put over ice and sip poolside on my summer holiday, isn't nearly as offensive as a lot of the other cold and cough products on the market.
