I’m a female. Purchased and love, Blaze, Slumber Chia flavor, Chocolate Protein Shake and Enduro so I was excited to try Yeti. But every time I take it I get the skin tingles then my heart rate drops and I’m super chill. Like ready for bed chill. Not the desired effect I was hoping for a pre workout but definitely a nice effect for relaxing in the evening. Everyone reacts different with supplements so I wouldn’t want to deter others. I like the relaxation I get from it just not what I expected. Read more
