I had to wait a week before starting these....needed to finish off the week of the other multivitamins in my 7 day box. These new Mt. Angel Multivitamins have a heck of a lot more of the good stuff that my old lady body needs! Plus, there are a bunch of minerals that I know I was lacking in the other vitamins, and also listed in the ingredients are some veggies and fruits....who knew?! I've heard of Ashwagandha but didn't realize all of the health benefits with stress, fatigue, and more, especially as we get older. There is also CoQ10, a great antioxidant. It's hard to judge how effective multivitamins are, but this one includes Lutein, which is good for eye health. The capsules are beige-colored and you are supposed to take two a day. It goes down easily and you don't have to take it with food. Overall I like it - nothing about it makes it more special or unique than other multivitamins, so I would use cost as the primary criteria. Read more
