I've been on a hunt for affordable, effective vegan-friendly products for the last year and a half. I was excited when I found this product, especially since it was at an add on price. This wash smells great and it didn't break me out, which is great. However, it doesn't lather well even with a lot of effort and I don't feel it effectively cleans. Bummer. I love this body wash. I was looking for something with truly natural ingredients (a lot of companies claim few/natural ingredients but not many come as close as this). I find that it matters well on a shower sea sponge and my skin feels clean after. I have eczema and small patches of psoriasis and this product is compatible with my skin (no flare ups or increase in dry skin).I happen to already love the Lemon verbena scent of their other products so it was already a win for me. So I'd been using Dr. Bronner's castile liquid soaps because I have multiple chemical and fragrance sensitivities; and most of what's out there commercially is too drying, has *way* too many chemicals for me to trust them; AND are tested on animals, to boot - yuck! Things were going along well until my husband moved the Dr. Bronner's from the bathtub; and the Mrs. Meyer's Honeysuckle hand soap was closest. I was *amazed* at how soft and moisturized my skin was afterwards, probably due to the Olive oil. It was such a sharp contrast to how my skin felt when I'd used the Bronner's that I realized it had probably been drying out my skin for a good long time, and I didn't even realize it.So that got me wondering if Mrs. Meyers made a body wash, which might be more appropriate than hand soap, but work just as well. I used it for the first time today, and yes, it's every bit as good! And I love the Honeysuckle scent, too - so unique in the soap world! I mean, Mrs. Meyers has it going on in the natural clean scent department. I always have no less than 3 or 4 scents to choose from in all the products, so I can keep it fresh with variety. However, my go-to scent is Lemon Verbena. I live with my husband, 2 sons, and 2 male dogs...and well, I'm seriously out-numbered in the peeny-weeny department. I love all my boys dearly, but quite frankly, they stink. Sorry, but it's true. And Mrs. Meyers Lemon Verbena is the only cleaner that has got the power to cut the stink completely, so that it my deep-clean staple. After a day of deep-cleaning, I always want to go take a nice hot shower so I do not smell like I've been cleaning all day...and well, the lemon-verbena body wash is kind of counter productive in that task. So, while the body wash itself is great, I really have to say no to this scent while bathing. The honeysuckle and lavender washes are much more suited to not smelling like I've been cleaning all day. I was pleasantly surprised by this product since MR Meyers was bout out by The Caldera Co. When they were sold, on the one hand, more products came out which is good but I have noticed that their signature "Lavender Scent" had changed and not for the better. I have been disappointed that it is barely noticeable in the dishsoap and the problem with that is that if I wanted unscented, that is what I would buy. The signature fragrance I had long stocked my home with for years, literally because out family scent. Some of the other products it is a bit stronger now but it is not the signature scent. It seems that have increased the orang oil but they have lost something in the process. However, I do love this new product line for the body and have long suggested to the Meyers family that they launch products like this so I am so pleased here...but it is still not the signature scent.I wish they would simple do 2 things:1.) bring back the original formula for Lavender and translate that into the lotions and potions they have done here.2.) This new Lavender scent should be called Lavender-Orange...and it is lovely but it is not the original lavender and I think many would agree that we want it back.The product quality for lotion and body wash is really nice. Some complained that the soap does not suds a lot and that is the way it is supposed to be for environmentally friendly soaps. You need the suds to get the job done - that is psychological marketing and does nothing except make you use too much water which is not a good thing.'Anyway, I love the new line, I like the scent but want the old back too. The Honeysuckle sent is absolutely awesome!! The quality of body wash is superior to any ive tried. It is great in a loofa or wash cloth. The heat of the water hitting the cloth puts a true honeysuckle sent into the air that lasts a good while. Its like an essential oil dispersed in a diffuser.I recommend any product from Mrs. Myer' s! I have only used the honeysuckle scent now but now I plan to try other scents when I tire of this scent. Lol! I will NEVER tire of this scent! It truly smells like fresh honeysuckle! Get the surface spray, dish liquid and hand soap too! The washing liquid, dryer sheets and scent crystals are amazing too! Read more

I love Mrs. Meyer's products. I originally started using the hand soap for the bathroom because I love the scent of Honeysuckle. Finding out there were several other products from the same line, with the same scent, was fantastic! This body wash is great. Leaves me feeling clean, no residue, long lasting, wonderful scent.
