I am 67 yrs old and my bones were diagnosed in the osteopenia stage a few years ago. I started this supplement then, but wasn’t very regular. In January I broke my sternum and a number of ribs in a car accident (from my seat belt). There was deliberation about surgery or just seeing of it would heal on its own. The broken sternum had overlapped. They chose the latter. I committed to being very regular on the recommended dosage of this product. This worked when other brands didn't. I was using a specific calcium supplement, but the manufacturer quit making it, so I used one of their other calcium supplements. They didn't work well at all which surprised me. I tried a couple different brands, but those didn't help with the joint pain, either. I tried this and it is working. These work much better when I consistently take them. I've tried going a couple days, but the results were obvious. It takes a few days to feel the best effect again. Cheaper here than my local health food store! Hopefully, my next bone scan will be better because of taking this.1 I'm approaching 70, so we'll see...
