I have watched a several Youtube videos from Big Family Homestead and I just received my second bottle today. I was skeptical about what I have heard and read. Before I started the first bottle, I had arthritis pain in all of my joints and had a hard time standing and had to walked with a cane. I can certainly tell when it is time for another dose. Instructions say two pills twice a day. I learned after second day, I needed three pills twice a day. Wife and I both took these till gone. Wife took one in the morning And evening and I took 2 in the am and 2 at night. I then started taking 3 at a time. No effect for us.Update 5/27/ 2021WAIT A Minute. about 4 days after I finish the first bottle I notice an increase in my Blood sugar. SO i order another bottle and after taking it for another week I have notice a huge improvement with my SUgar levels. I had to back off the amount of Insulin and even stop taking Glimepiride.
