Ordered these scissors in October of 2019 and to this day, March 31, 2020, they are working great. This is my second time buying scissors from this seller and had a great experience with them so far. The scissors are very good quality, sharp, and very comfortable to hold. A great pair of shears, razor sharp for percision cuts, comfortable weight/size for excellent performance and to top it off they look amazing. I bought these because my others need to be sharpened but wouldn't be done before my clients service and thankfully was able to get these delivered next day.....what a blessing indeed honestly for the price point did not expect the eceptional quality and performance. They are comfortable to use and sharp enough, but they are so lightweight that they feel cheaply made. Cutting a person's thick hair took a long time with these scissors and thinners, but it did get done. I expected the thinners to have toothed blades on both sides, not one, but that was my error, and they worked well enough. I'll keep the set because hair cutting supplies are a little hard to find right now. Read more
They work as described - they're sharp, easy to adjust and use, and the case is nice. I docked it for 1 star because the black inner rings on both scissors easily come off during use - really annoying. I may glue those on to prevent the problem - maybe if they manufactured them with a softer material for the black rings they would stay when in use. I am not professional hair cutter, I cut my own hair and family's. So far I have cut hair for 5 people, I am surprised for $30 I can have tools to make hair cutting an ease. Honestly was excited because for the price I paid I thought these were high quality scissors. So let me say I was a little disappointed when they weren’t even that sharp? I don’t know if that’s how they’re supposed to be but I was like wow all that money for this. Might as well use my rusty kitchen scissors. Read more
The media could not be loaded. They look great. Haven't cut with them yet but I'll find out tomorrow at work! I will say they have a bit of weight to them and the thinning shears were not closing properly. It was overlapping for some reason but I was able to adjust them and they open and close fine now.
