After my first experience with a kidney stone I never, ever want another one. I found this product mentioned in the National Kidney Foundation website.It’s about $2 per envelope. Sounds expensive but it’s cheaper than a Starbucks visit every couple of days. And frankly, I will gladly spend it if I never have to go through the pain and experience of a kidney stone again.I purchased the berry flavor. I found one envelope in 16 oz of water a bit much. The flavor is strong and on the sweet side. But for me, one envelope in my 32oz water bottle is perfect. The flavor and sweetness balance out. And it makes drinking water tolerable. I aim for 64oz of water a day. I only use one packet/envelope per day. The rest of water I consume plain or with lemon or small amount of lemonade. Read more
Tasty! If you try all four you'll probably like some flavor(s) more than other(s). I'd give only three stars to Lemon Lime; it's okay but to me it has an artificial Country-Time-instant lemonade flavor; however others say that one is their favorite of the four. I prefer Cranberry Raspberry, Wild Berry, and Tropical, all of which are five-star tasty to me, and those are the three I reorder now.
