The flavor is good but the price is outrageous. After reading the ingredients it’s not much more than citric acid, which you can get in any lemonade packet, or even just from lemons or lemonade. At $2 each they’re way overpriced. Read more

I’m 33 and generally very healthy, but I have now had 3 kidney stones and never want to experience them again. My doctor did a 24 hour urine analysis on me and found that I wasn’t getting enough citrate in my diet. He recommended increasing my citrate intake in my diet before trying meds. I found this supplement online and found out that my doctor actually was one of the creators of this product! He had enough integrity to not even mention his own product, but I found it on my own and it has been great. I’ve been taking it for a few months and haven’t had any kidney stone symptoms.
