I ordered this item a couple of weeks ago with a guaranteed free one day shipping. Just after ordering the seller updated the shipping date to a much later date,arriving long after the time I needed the item. My request to get a refund went completely unanswered. No one notified me of any issues. I only discovered the problem with shipping after I went back on Amazon and found the order details. In addition my feedback on this seller was deleted because Amazon said the fulfillment issue was not the seller's responsibility.Who's responsibility is it then? I want a refund because the item has STILL NOT ARRIVED more than three days past the seller's "updated" late delivery date. Amazon should have followed up on this. Amazon should not allow sellers to advertise free one day shipping without some true guarantee. of service. The seller should have immediatly responded when I reached out and should have either resolved the issue or issued a refund right away.It's definitely NOT worth purchasing from this seller.
