Great monocular, nice weight to it. At first, I couldn’t get a picture on it, then I realised I had to connect it to the correct lens on my Nokia 5.3 mobile to get a picture. Personally. I think it’s better using the monocular and mobile by hand, and not with the tripod, that is until you get used to it. Another thing I liked, when I emailed the company about the 1-year warranty, I received an answer within 30 minutes. I emailed them a couple of times later about the monocular and was answered within 15 minutes, I wish other companies would take heed. I am really satisfied with the monocular, and the company. I recently received my 12x55 monocular telescope and gave it an outing on my bike ride across a local nature reserve. I have to say I was very impressed - even in the overcast conditions I was able to spot and get excellent sharp images of small birds (Stonechat in the main) and they compared well to my Hawke Frontier ED binoculars. I ordered this expecting it to be as advertised, specifically 25 yards long. It was only 23 yards and 22 inches long which is 50 inches less than advertised.I feel cheated. If it is advertised as 25 yards, then it should be exactly as advertised.It is a shame because this webbing is exactly what I needed for my project. It was perfect in every way except for the length. Fortunately Amazon had accepted my return authorization so lit will be returned.They could have had a satisfied customer if they had not scrimped but now I have to search for another supplier. This webbing has a nice feel to it. Good weight. I’m happy with it. It’s perfect for my tote bags. Despite feeling like cotton, it does melt rather than burn, so if you need 100% cotton webbing, look elsewhere. Read more
Use this to tie down sail on sailboat. I have a catboat which have a extremely long boom compared to the height of the mast, so I use approximately 7 or 8 tie downs. I cut them long enough to double wrap the sail and the cotton fabric has enough friction so a simple overhand loop is all I need to secure the tie. No problem with dye bleed out. Natural cotton works much better than nylon which is slippery and needs a more secure knot, making untying sometimes difficult.
