I really liked the flavors were almost like eating gum drops!! It says to take 3 a day but they would only last for 20, so I’m going to look into taking two a day so they last me a month! Wish the price was a little cheaper! Otherwise they are great!! Read more

I love the fact that the ingredients are vegan, non-gmo, and gluten free!!!! The DHA is derived from chia seeds and algae. So no fishy burps! Yuck! Omega and DHA supports your baby's brain and eye development. No artificial flavors and colors. The flavors are lemon and orange. It tastes so good! Even my 10 and 13 year old like it! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a bit sweet. The first 4 OTHER ingredients are:Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Glucose, and Corn Starch (Modified).DHA is an Omge-3 fatty acid that our bodies can not make on its own. According to a peer-reviewed journal on human nutrition "DHA accretion (accumulation) in the brain accelerates during the middle of gestation, slows down in infancy, and reaches a plateau in early adulthood. Half of the brain’s DHA is accumulated during gestation, and the infant brain acquires five-times the level of lipids on a daily basis as the adult brain." When I ordered these I did not see they were gummies (yes my mistake there) but I decided I paid for them I’d give them a shot. THE MOST DISGUSTING THING EVER! I spent a long time trying to find the perfect prenatal vitamin and found it impossible. I finally decided to get one that did not contain DHA and get it separately. I got this one because I wanted one without fish oil or any additional vitamins added in. I don’t know how I missed it (maybe too run burnt out from looking at so many vitamins and DHA supplements) but this only contains 50 mg of DHA. Super disappointed since pregnant women need 200. I finally decided to just deal with getting fish oil and have ordered another brand but have no clue what I’ll be doing with these. Read more

Overall I love the products from this brand and I had only good experiences, but this supplement makes it hard for me. I am dealing with a lot of nausea caused by the pregnancy and the taste of these gummies is not helping. In my opinion it tastes super strong for fish and just trying to swallow them without chewing them leaves the aftertaste of fish in your mouth. I get it, it’s fish oil but is there no way to reduce this fishy taste somehow? Read more
