I compared these to the Clinical Guard test strips. The MomMed are the blue sticks. I didn't test every day with Clinial Guard, because I didn't think to truly compare them until much later. For early testing, I recommend MomMed! I'm not sure if you can see in the pictures, but there was a definite faint line on 9 DPO with MomMed. I DID test that day with Clinical Guard but threw the test away because it was a definite negative. I wish I had kept it! MomMed was consistently darker than clinical Guard in the early days. But they tested the same once I'd missed my period. If you're testing the day before, day of, or day after your expected period, either brand works well! But if you want to test earlier, I recommend MomMed. Read more

Half of the strips did not even work. It would not give you a reading. Not worth the money.Update: I wrote a review over a month ago stating buyer beware of this defective product. The top test is the one I used and I asked my boyfriend to do one just to test it if it really is faulty and his came out darker than mine. They have crazy indent lines that look almost positive. Got negative tests for 10 days after my missed period. Tried a different test from the drugstore and got a positive and it has been confirmed by a blood test. Sad that I got a box of tests that were all duds.Edited to add that a year and a half later, they are still emailing me asking me to remove my review. This product worked better than expected. I had previously bought some of the expensive First Response tests, because they were supposed to be the most accurate. I tested with these 9 DPO, and it was negative. I tested 10 DPO, and there was a very faint positive. I had dismissed it as negative at first glance, but about 15 minutes later as I was about to throw it away, I saw the very faint positive and got excited. On 11 DPO, I took two tests at the same time, one of MomMed, and one First Response. The MomMed test actually had a darker positive than First Response. From there, the positive just got darker. I was impressed with these, and how they worked better than First Response.The only down side, it’s hard for me to pee in the tiny cup without a lot of splashing. Wanted a cheap test to use and it was just that... cheap. I see so many positive reviews and maybe I just got a faulty batch but I used the same urine sample on all 4 test after repetitively getting negatives on these strips and for whatever reason they aren’t picking anything up. I don’t recall leaving an amazon review before but....Spare yourself the stress of buying these and get the first response ones for clear results. These weren’t sensitive enough to pick up my hcg in a span of a week!All the mommed tests pictured are from AFTER my period was late! There were two that had vvvv faint lines which I couldn’t tell if they were positive or evaporation lines and was worried if pregnant, I was losing it.The last two were taken with FMU on the same day as the (clearly positive) First response test. Waste of money and not worth the stress. I should’ve believed the warnings on these reviews but I was trying to save some quid so I could test as much as I wanted but you only really need one or two positive/negative tests to put your mind at ease...not faint ones which keep you in suspense! 🙄 Read more

These did not work for me. My partner and I have been trying to get pregnant for a while, and this cycle I got that “intuition” that I might be. These say they are sensitive enough to use up to 5 days before your period. I did this, following the directions as described - negative. Used it the next few days. All negative. Missed my period, used one of these strips - still negative. Used a first response test and got positive (great!), and then a clearblue to double check, which also read positive. That was about a week ago so out of interest I thought I would try this strip again, and guess what?... still negative.In summary - a waste of money and emotional toil.
