This little mirror is really very pretty. It is exactly the size I wanted. The peacock design on the back and handle is lovely with beautiful jewel tone colors. I would say it was perfect in every way except for one - the “foldable” handle. I ordered this particular style because the handle folded and could be used as a stand for the mirror on a flat surface. That worked great for about 2 weeks. Then it folded over all by itself. Thinking perhaps it had been jostled by a cat I set it back up, but within less than a minute it had folded flat again. I could live with that, but when I tried to straighten the handle to use as a hand mirror, it would not straighten all the way. I purchased this for a secret santa gift and honestly it didn't wow me like I thought it would. It's extremely sturdy but I felt the jewels on the peacock were a little flimsy and the colors looked duller in person. Over all my coworker was happy, but I was not. Really beautiful, "gems" glow in the light. I'd like a larger size (mirror is about 3"x5") but it's adequate for checking the back of my hair in front of a vanity mirror. Came in a glamorous orange box; this would make an elegant gift. Read more
