It's very cute, but delicate. It smelled funny when it arrived. You have to hand wash it and lay it flat to dry. I had to do this twice to get the chemical smell out. It's very thin and loosely woven so it stretches out. I was buying this as a lightweight option to my son's well-loved thicker, tightly knitted baby blanket that he uses every night (he's 2) and this will not stand up to such regular use and washing.
