I ordered two Milani satin matte lipticks, Revel (berry purple) and Leather (black). I quickly spotted that Leather was a fake when compared to Revel. I attached photos.1.) DIFFERENT LOGO FONT: The Milani logo on the black lipstick has letters that are slightly thinner than the one on Revel.2.) BAR CODE / SKU STICKER: Notice how the barcode and info on the Revel sticker is clear with specific info. The sticker on Leather is barely legible and just looks nothing like Revel's sticker.3.) PRODUCT INFO: On Revel, it clearly says "AMORE SATIN MATTE", but on Leather it just says "AMORE MATTE". Yet, both products say satin on the front.4.) SYMBOLS / COMPANY DETAILS: The recycle symbol, etc. on Revel are right next to "CRÈME À LÈVRES". On Leather there is a big space after the symbols. That's because the company info as well as the product size etc. is printed in a totally different format on Leather (with different font too). Notice that on Revel the info starts with stating it is 0.22 FL OZ, etc. whereas on Leather everything is different.Also, even though Revel seems authentic, it came without a seal or decent packaging (just in a little ziplock bag). May have been used. So I don't trust ANY of these from amazon. Returned. Read more

OMG, This color is sooo pretty. BUT, when it dries on my lips, it definitely dries a couple of shades darker. But the applicator is nice and it feels smooth and dries matte. I really like it. Read more
The color is okay, and it definitely is matte. But the transfer is so easy everything is messy with one kiss. Then you can’t get it off of your partner. Also, it really dries our lips and as someone that never need led chapstick made them painful and uncomfortable. Read more
I needed a black lipstick for Halloween on short notice. Thank goodness for prime. This lipstick isn’t something I’d wear regularly so I didn’t want to overspend. I found this one and figured why not? Liquid lipsticks are suppose to last longer right? Eh not the case with this one. I put it on and at first, it looked ok. It was drier than the usual liquid lip. Had a cocktail shortly after and before you know it, there was black flakes all around my mouth area and chin. Super embarrassing. This is not a good liquid lipstick. So smooth & color lasting - it does dry my lips a bit - but I think that’s just me - I add chapstick underneath & it helps with dryness - but I love the rich, thick color!! I always get compliments when I use this shade!! Read more
Not for me. I guess I thought the word “satin” in the description led me to believe there was a minimal shine? This lip creme is not nourishing either, it’s drying. There are no benefits for the health of lips by wearing a drying lip “creme.” Read more
