I purchased this product because my previous supplier had sent me a bottle of mostly dissolved into prouder form tablets. What surprised and delighted me is that unlike other Vitamin B12 tablets you don’t have to resolve them by placing them under your tongue. I asked the manufacture about how that was accomplished as I’ve been told that’s the only way that Vitamin B12 can be absorbed properly. Unfortunately I have yet to get an answer to my question. I've tried different brands of B12 and I don't see any difference in how I feel at all. I do seem to have a lot more energy with this one.
