These two brushes were even better than expected. They are of excellent quality in all respects: a wooden oval base with a nice base on top of the wood that holds the brush bristles in place; the bristles are well secured and are ample in quantity - not sparse and not loose in the base so that they fall out. The stiffer bristles are exactly that, stiffer than the softer bristle brush, but not so stiff as to be harsh on the skin - they are, to quote from "Goldilocks," just right. Likewise for the softer bristle brush - soft enough to use on the face, if wanted, and gentle on the skin, but still effective for cleaning. The fabric handle on each is well secured, easy to hold, and of good quality, tightly woven, looks durable. These brushes are easy to hold, comfortable in the hand, and secure.Both brushes are of excellent quality. Edit: Since my review, I’ve been emailed numerous times offering to refund my purchase, even up to $20 to remove my comments on it. Very shady business ethics.The stiff brush works great, doesn’t hurt but abrasive enough to feel like it’s doing it’s job with dry skin and promoting circulation. I’m so so so happy I purchased this. Both of the brushes have the perfect hardness to the bristles. I used the firmer one for dry brushing before my shower and the softer one to lather my soap in the shower. I haven’t had any issues with bristles falling out or even my skin feeling over brushed (?), if that even makes sense. On the contrary, my skin is actually softer. Lotion only works for my halfway, but the dry brushing makes my skin wayyyy softer. I love and enjoy these brushes. 10/10 would recommend and will purchase again when the time comes to get a new pair! I thought this product was an excellent product. A great value at including 2 brushes. I bought 2 boxes (total of 4 brushes). I plan to give 3 as Xmas gifts paired w/a body lotion.My only criticism would be that the elastic that u slip your hand thru could have been a little tighter in order to hold your hand in place more securely. I may be able to adjust that by unfastening one side and reattaching w/staple gun to make the opening tighter. Read more

they are ok, the rough one is too rough to use in the shower, but ok for dry brushing. The softer one feels better with soap but the bristles are too far apart to hold soap very well. It rinses clean very quickly and doesn't hold liquid soap at all. I have older brushes by Hydréa London that are much better, you get what you pay for. You can buy them on amazon as well, that is my recommendation. Read more
