My girls LOVE these tattoos. I was looking for ways to incentivize good behavior and wanted to steer clear of candy and junk. They're so excited to get tattoos in birthday party goodie bags, so I gave these a go. The designs are so cute for my little girls - lots of hearts and rainbows and flowers. They love to look through the sheets and each pick their favorite one and then, if they do their bedtime routine without argument, they get to put their tattoo on. They excitedly show them off to their teachers and friends at school the next day and proclaim they "earned it for good behavior." They go on easily when I apply, but when my 5 year old has tried, hers come up at the edges. So maybe just a parent helping apply them to be sure the edges are sufficiently wet and pressed. My little loves tattoos so I figured I would get her some that were age appropriate and super cute! I love all the character designs and how cute they are, but trying to put them on can be a challenge. Did was the instructions said, and it would come off the paper, but when it was on her skin, it would slide right off. We’ve wasted about three tattoos since, but once I figure it out it’s been easier, but sometimes slides off. When I do get it to stick to her skin, they last for a few weeks, considering she tries not to scrub on the skin where it’s at so it can stay longer. These are the best temporary tattoos in existence. The tattoos are perforated so you don't need to cut each tattoo out. They stick on after 10 seconds which makes them SO easy for kids. They last about a week but if you want them gone sooner, you can just use soap with light rubbing and it comes all the way off. Then bonus on top of all that, they come in a convenient book so you don't need a bag to carry around a bunch of loose tattoos. Read more

These tattoos go on super easy! The pictures are cute. My kids always pick them off within 15 minutes of applying them, and they don't do that with other brands of tattoos so I couldnt figure out why until I put one on my own arm. They are super thick feeling on your skin, like it feels like a sticker and you can feel it when you move so my kids are just more aware of them and they peel off fairly easy. I'm not sure why these temporary tattoos get such high ratings on Amazon. They do not apply well at all. They are probably the worst temporary tattoos I've ever encountered in that respect. It comes with a good variety of designs which I think kids would like - I gave some stars for that - but seriously, these don't look like fake tattoos at all. They just look like cheap stickers you stuck to your arm, and they come off about as easily. A lot of them didn't apply properly and partially peeled off or bunched up during the application process. Ordered these for my 2 year old at the beginning of the pandemic. She loves picking her next tattoo(s) and she has learned to count with us when applying them. Once again, Melissa and Doug delivers with another great product. I love how easily these tattoos tear out of the booklet and how simple they are to apply. They lasted for quite a long time, even through baths! We found that rubbing alcohol didn't work as well as lotion or oil did as I really had to scrub to get the tattoo off with the rubbing alcohol. These are good quality, fun tattoos. They seem to take faster when applying a damp flannel to the back than some of the cheaper ones I’ve tried out. This is very handy when kids don’t want to stand still and wait! Best thing of all is that the face and arms/legs of the princesses and fairies are transparent so that once applied the princess has the same skin tone as the child it has been applied to. Woohoo! Ordered these for my 19 months old and I wasn’t disappointed.I was originally hesitant to purchased this type of product through fear of allergic reactions on sensitive skins but after looking through many types I settled on these as I knew the brand was reputable.There’s plenty of designs to choose from and I like that they come in a handy book which is easy for kids to look through although it does mean you have to rip multiple ones off to get to the centre ones which leads to losing some but this is a trivial annoyance.They transfer quickly and easily on to the skin which is a godsend for wiggly limbs! When it times to take them off I’ve found either a little rub with a baby wipe or some soap and water efficiently removes them without leaving any irritation or reside meaning the kids can go as wild as they want with them.
