I was really hoping this would work for me since I use a lot of spirit gum in a regular basis for cosplay.However, this has to be the worst spirit gum I've ever used.Lets Go down the list of what it can do first, shall we?1. The bottle makes a Great paper weight.2. ?????Well now that we've cleared that up, heres what it underperformed or outright fails at.1. Won't hold the brow and nose prosthetic for a faun chatacter AT ALL. It tacks nicely, but refuses to hold it.2. Holds a small nose prosthetic for maybe 5 minutes at best.3. Holds fake beard hair for maybe 20 minutes if you don't move your face too muchAll in all its been troublesome for me considering I need my prosthetics to stick down for hours at a time! I got it in order to bond N95 paper masks to my face and get a perfect seal, which it absolutely does. That's WAAAY overkill most of the time, but I didn't know then. The viscosity is perfect and you can use it just like contact cement: apply heavily to the rim of the mask and let dry; apply to the contact area of your face and place the mask while it's still wet; hold the mask in place for a minute or so. Bam, mask glued to face like gangbusters. No need for straps. The bond is sweat-proof. For removal, Everclear 190-proof grain alcohol is all you need. Read more
