I always love spirit gum, it's my number one to get items stuck onto my skin for the day without worry of reapplying later.I attached some of my cosplays that used spirit gum. First one was really old, but I remember Migi (the stuff attached to my hand) held on the entire day of my convention. My elf ears in the second one also held on until I physically took them off. The last one was a prosthetic test that I still used a slight amount of spirit gum which I used vaseline underneath to avoid needing the spirit gum remover.If you're using spirit gum anywhere that has hair, vaseline is a must even if you buy the spirit gum remover. I do alot of costume wear for my content creating and adult films, this brand really lasts me the entire day and could probably go longer if I didnt feel the need to remove it. This was my first time using spirit gum so I guess this could be a little biased since I don't have much to compare it to. I use this to attach some horns to my head and a zipper. This was a messy messy process and the glue works well but it took a lot longer than I expected to get tacky enough to actually hold something to your skin. It would have worked better if I had someone else to help me and if I was laying down but I was standing up at a sink trying to it put this glue on my face and hold these items on until it finally started to hold. So just know it can be very messy it's going to drip everywhere but it will eventually work. Read more

it did the job I needed it to do for my Halloween costume but it didn't come in its packaging it just came with a bottle and it was was sealed and everything. Towards the end of the night my prosthetic started coming off but I think it had to do with my face was sweating or I didn't put enough adhesive to make sure it's stuck all night. It washed off fine with soap and water I didn't need anything special or any alcohol to remove the adhesive. Read more

Just received this about an hour ago. I love this stuff! It is larger than I expected, just because I didn't know exactly how much one ounce was. If you use this make sure you let it sit for about thirty seconds, tap it with your finger until you feel it get tacky (finger has slight resistance when pulling it off the area), and then apply what you are applying. I am giving only four stars simply for the reason that the brush is slightly longer than the height of the bottle so the brush is slightly bent. Other than that, great product. PS: If you are buying this, then just spend the extra money on the remover. This stuff is difficult to remove wih anything else. Read more

Terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Half the bottle leaked out when It arrived. It wouldn’t stick to my prosthetic. Then it gave me a rash where I put it on my skin. And I’m not sensitive or allergic to anything. Then to find out you can not return it? TERRIBLE. Read more

This spirit gum was so strong! I did Pennywise makeup for my father and hours in and it was still holding despite sweat and movement! We also had stretched the wig and bald cap so that we could get the desired forehead for Pennywise. I highly recommend this product!!! Read more

I used this to glue on a moustache for a role in a play, and it held it on really well for the most part. We were performing outside on one of the hottest days of the year, so I think sweat caused it to loosen a bit, but it never fell off, which is fab! I have sensitive skin, and it never caused any irritation like I was afraid it would. A few people have mentioned the smell, but to me it just smelled like alcohol, such as if you were at a party where people were having drinks. Read more
