I was taking a liquid magnesium +Calcium to help with my hot flashes. The other product worked but the top got a little messy. The protective circle in the cap got saturated and wasn't effective. You have to shake well before use and liquid sometines spilled out but I was having a lot of hot flashes. I was miserable, especially at night and made my hubby miserable as well. Pills aren't as effective as a liquid or chewable so I decided to look for a chewable and came across this blessing! It had great reviews, although not many said much about hot flashes which is why I'm writing this review. I have been using magnesium supplements for ages! However, I haven’t found one that I can be consistent with (I miss days occasionally) because I can’t stand the taste of most of them. I’ve tried pills but usually they are a bit big for me to also allow. (I can hardly take pills) I take a gummy multi-vitamins and these magnesium chews daily and I feel GREAT! They taste great compared to other magnesium chews I’ve had. I love these for the day since I deal with anxiety, these aren’t overly powerful that they make you fall asleep like other magnesium I’ve tried. I tried this at night to help with sleep and it didn’t work for me best used during the day. I fully trust this brand as I use different vitamins they offer and they are truly natural and food based vitamins which is always a plus for me. My muscles were so tight and sore, that my joints were dislocating. I have connective tissue issues and Fibromyalgia. I thought about taking ibuprofen, but thought I’d just be masking the issue. I’ve taken magnesium in the past and realized I had bought these chews. I took two chews and I thought they tasted pretty good. Within 15 minutes, I realized that my tight muscles had relaxed and weren’t hurting. Now, I keep them on hand and take only one. If I need more, I take the second one.
