So many reviews on size and bad taste. Your children are getting top quality vitamin, pure ingredients, and the size is not that big AT ALL. If you are used to giving sugar covered "vitamins" to your kids, yes they might complain because they are waiting for their cube of sugar to kick in. Someone wrote that these are huge, but they are not. My 7 year old has no trouble swallowing these with a glass of water. I contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed these are gluten-free and milk-free (not just lactose, but free of milk-protein as well for those of us with milk allergies). I had asked about peanut, tree nuts, and shellfish as the other allergens. My son hasn't reacted at all to this, so it seems to be free of all of those.
