My biggest concern about ordering this was whether or not I'd actually be getting what I'm paying for. I opened a capsule and it had a white powder inside. My understanding is that this form of resveratrol is supposed to be white and if it is brown then it has gone bad. So it passed that test. I tasted it, but I'm not sure what genuine resveratrol is supposed to taste like. It tasted kind of chalky. David Sinclair said that resveratrol doesn't dissolve well in water; that is why he mixes it with yogurt. So I tried dissolving it in water and it indeed did not dissolve well in water. So I tried dissolving it in a little olive oil and it dissolved in the oil. So it does appear to be genuine resveratrol. If it had been some kind of ground up chalk or something then I don't think it would have dissolved in the oil. I can't vouch for its effectiveness yet since I just bought it this week. I'm taking it with NMN. If I notice any improvements in health that might seem related to these two supplements then I will update this review. Read more

I had an allergic reaction to the product, nearly went to the hospital, but it passed after drinking a lot of water, but it left a rash on my arm that remained for several days and itched, it took a week to clear up. I stopped taking it, I only took two capsules. The first day I had a mild reaction, the second day it was scary, my face turned bright red and hot, my heart raced and I felt tingling all down my arms. I think it was too strong, I thought this was derived from grapes, and I'm not allergic to any foods, fruits or wines?
