The product were the right ones but the box containing them failed. Good thing they were in a plastic bag in the manufacturers box. The problem occurred because the box was shipped in a large padded envelope instead of a cardboard box. Also, those brown padded bags are very messy when you tear them open, spewing loose Styrofoam bits all over. 5 stars for the product. 1 star for the shipping package. Read more
