Certain areas of my body get quite wet as the day goes on, most notably the underside of my breasts. This causes me a lot of problems. I got this specifically for four dogs. One in particular is very prone to hot spots which are, for non dog people (you monsters!) open sores the appear from nowhere, itchy and painful so the dog chews it making it much worse. Most of these spots have fungal infection exacerbating it, maybe along with bacterial infection from chewing.I used this powder, alternating with a anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, disinfecting and itch relieving spray. So I read many reviews about this product before I bought it and I will say that it changed my life! I am a 35yr old very athletic man. After a 10 day course of high dose antibiotics, I developed Candiidae Intertrigo on my bra line. I used this powder after showering with a Tea Tree Oil body wash. I have used this for a yeast infection that my little one developed. It worked pretty well and was much easier to apply than some of the fungal creams. It was also gentler than some of the fungal creams that actually have alcohol in them. The powder lasts a really long time compared to the creams as well. The big issue is that the powder can be made airborne so easily. Even when applied very close to the skin, powder tends to lift up from the body and blow about so use caution. Read more
