I have purchased this product for several years for an ongoing medical procedure for my child. I use about a box every few days. This without question is the real deal, sterile, and the best value. I would not purchase this quantity unless you know you will use them. I don't have any pictures of the product being used but I do have pictures of the procedure that my daughter is going through.
