If you have 2 different sized nipples, yotally wotth getting and making a pair with the other soze. Now i use 30mm and 27mm during pumping and finally im comfortable ...and this neans i have 2 sets that finally fit me 😁👍 Read more

It seems kind of public to review extra large nipple shields... But then again, what about pregnancy and breast feeding is not somewhat public? Anyway, I highly recommend these to women who think the may need a larger shield while pumping. I had been using the 27 mm shields that came with my pump, and was unsure if they were the correct size. I ordered these after reading that the nipple should not touch the side of the shield while pumping. Since switching to these larger shields, I pump MUCH faster and more comfortably. I wish someone at the hospital had recommended a larger shield, I could have saved myself a lot of time and pain while pumping! Read more
I had been using the 27mm Medela breast shield/flange for 4 months. After reading a breastfeeding blog, it suggested that you try upping the size of your flange for milk production. I figured it was worth a shot. The 30mm breast shields are much more comfortable and I have seen an increase in production. If you are EBF and have been using the 27mm - it's definitely worth giving the size up a try. Read more
I don't know if I'm pumping the wrong way or what but the harmony pump is freaking painful so I got bigger shields and it's not as painful but still hurts. I dread having to pump at work because it's so painful. My lansinoh pump is so comfortable I'm going to buy their hand pump to use at work instead. Read more

I bought these by mistake. I was wanting to try the flex-fit ones. However, this bigger nippple shield works good for my big breasts. I should be down one size but I love that they offer bigger sizes than what comes with your pump! Read more
