The first month this product was great. Used it multiple times a day on my neck, upper back, lower back and even calves. Until... it started slowing down, battery wasn’t holding a charge more than 15 minutes and it doesn’t put out nearly the same amount of percussion as it did before. I can say it’s definitely an expensive paper weight at this point.Jan 2021 Update: contacted by Medcursor and I am absolutely satisfied with this company and their efforts in customer service. I placed my purchase on a Tuesday, received the item the very next day (Wednesday), charged it, used it for about an hour on my legs, and on Thursday when I went to use it, I turned it on, adjusted the settings, but before I could press it again my leg it shut off never to be awakened again. My initial suspicion was that maybe the battery had drained, but even when you connect it to the charging cable no light comes on the device to indicate that it's charging. Therefore a certified dud.For a $70 device, getting just one day's use out of it before it goes belly up is pitiful.Came highly recommended from reviews on YouTube, but now it makes you wonder.UPDATE (From 1 to 5 stars):So I was contacted by the company and offered a replacement and the replacement works just as described for now (fingers crossed). One of the best purchases I’ve made in awhile. I’ve had chronic pain for half my life now and have found very little outside of deep tissue massage that helps ease my pain.This massager helps. While it’s not as good as a real massage, it’s the next best thing if you’re unable to afford massages. I’ve owned the first model of the Pure Wave percussive massager and a couple of cheaper vibrating devices. None were powerful enough to dig deep and offer much relief. This Medcursor provides enough force to reduce muscle tension and trigger points. I use the strongest setting mostly, though the second strongest setting is good for when watching tv without as much noise interference. My wife prefers one of the middle settings.I was also impressed with the aesthetics of the device, the tactile feel of the handle, the attachments and the lesser noise that other massagers I’ve owned have had. The case is also very nice.Small gripes: it would be nice if there was a way to cycle the strength settings up or down. This device requires you to cycle through them in order to reduce the strength. Not a huge problem but it would be more convenient. Also, it would be nice if there were some softer tipped attachments that could be used over bony areas (knees, head, jaw). I have achy joints that I’d love to be able to use the device on. While the round attachment is slightly soft, it’s a bit too hard to use on bone. A softer foam or rubber tip would be great for that. In addition, I experience a bouncing effect if I use the device over certain areas of the body (usually when I hit a bone). I’m guessing this is something that is experienced with any percussive massager (it happens with my Pure Wave massager as well) so it may not be remedied. A softer attachment might help with this though. The last mention is I notice a slight rattling sound (other than the normal vibration hum). While it’s not overly annoying, it would be nice if it wasn’t audible.All in all this is a fantastic product. I’m not sure if cheaper options work just as well, though I find this to be a good product that is fairly priced. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a mid priced, high quality, relatively quiet percussive massager. I ask the manufacturer to consider offering soft head attachments that users can purchase separately. Read more

I almost purchased a non-branded and much cheaper massage gun, but decide to do more research because many of the Amazon reviews caused suspicion. This gun came up in my research as being great value for money, but above all POWERFUL. The machine is solid and well made and delivers a punch. I am a big, muscular guy and I started with the slowest speed and was surprised at how effective the lowest setting was. Moving up to the highest speed... OMG! After finding this listing I already knew that it is a decent product but once I opened the package, I was really surprised that I couldn't find a single flaw!The carrier pouch made a really good first impression and is very useful. Since you don't want your attachments to get lost and your massage gun to collect dust/microbes.I really like the design. It looks good and feels very nice in your hand.Now about the massage. It does the job very well. After using the main attachment and the hardest setting I was able to have a nice massage and my stiff neck was gone (see ya latter alligator).For home use this thing is not only perfect but is a very good value for money. It pretty much pays for itself since it helps you a lot with recovery, quality of life and saves you money which you would normally spend by getting a massage elsewhere. Of course a good deep tissue massage / adjustment is very useful from time to time, but you can easily replace all other sessions with this bad boy.Now for professional use, I would say it is very good. Maybe would need 1 harder setting for athletes who have very tight muscles and can stand it. Product works well & all the different heads are good. Premium feel & quality. For £56 I can’t really complain but if this had USB C charging like some of its competitors it would be a perfect product for me. I decided to go for this as I didn’t want to spend and extra £30 on a similar product with usb c charging. If I had the money to spare, the usb c competitor would be worth it as I have many usb c devices (providing the quality of the product is the same). A USB C charger would mean i wouldn’t have to add another charger type to all my wires. Other than that, I can’t complain. But time will tell if this product upholds its quality. Read more

Shopping for a percussive massager is a total minefield. So many are poorly made with rattling straight out of the box, low stall forces and motors that are under audible strain as soon as you put them near your muscle.This is a different animal.The motor is bomb proof, I could hammer nails with this thing. Battery seems good and will hold charge for at least a few weeks with 15-20 mins use per day.Some reviews seem to complain that this would shake your eyeballs out- that’s right folks, it’s a deep tissue massager, not a vibrator.This got out knots that I’ve had in my calves FOR YEARS. It hurt like hell but it absolutely should!This speeds recovery time from marathon training (45-50 miles per week) and DOMS is so much less on recovery days.You could go buy a theragun or some other brand at £200-500 but you’d be mad to overlook this. I'm not a massage gun expert but this seems to do the job very well and is reasonably priced. It definitely works for activating/warming up muscles pre-workout and also seems to help aid recovery. The battery life is very good and I've only charged it once so far despite me and my wife using it multiple times daily. My wife had a long term shoulder injury and this is the main reason why we got the gun, it appears to be helping with the healing process which we're impressed about, she has had shoulder pain for nearly 2 years.
