These are awesome. I was previously using the 28 mm that came with my spectra but every time I pumped I felt my nipples were getting sliced. So I bought these and tried them today, omg so much better! My nipples used to be in so much pain during and after pumping, but no Longer! The plastic is actually more comfortable and smooth than the plastic they use in the spectra flanges. I'm not sure if this new size will increase my pumping output or not but it doesn't seem to have decreased. Will have to pump a few days to know for sure. Overall good product. Read more

Bought this 19mm flange to try a smaller size, works great. Getting better output and less pain than with the 24mm.Note: I did see reviews mentioning that the flange size is not marked on these but it is marked, just in a different location than the spectra flanges. To see the size you have to face the breast shield towards you and look into the tube. Read more

I bought these to replace my broken parts for my spectra s2. I usually need the largest parts and phalanges to accommodate my breasts and these work great. They fit my pump perfectly and I did not notice a difference between this set and the set that came with the pump. It was much cheaper than purchasing from manufacturers website. I like these for the most part. They solved the major issue which was shield size being too large.However, ever since using these shields, my backflow protectors appear to be getting milk in them, I even had one grow mold over a weekend I forgot to clean them. My Spectra shields did not appear to leak milk into my backflow protectors before. Is it perhaps due to that gap where they don't sit flush? Read more

The nurse at the hospital said I’ll need 30mm flanges for my spectra S2. I needed the flanges to arrive quickly ao purchased this pair for prime shipping. It fits my pump, it attaches well to the spectra bottles and the scent bottles. I’m not 100% comfortable, and since I started pumping more lately my nipple / areola area gets sore which makes me think I may need a different size, perhaps 28mm. Either way it works with spectra and I’ll recommend this product to others. Read more

Thank goodness. I’ve been using the wrong size flange for the last three months and my pumping output was sad and left me so stressful. Finally I learned my flange was too large. These have already produced double the milk output than the larger flanges! Read more

I have a spectra s2 and pumping was getting painful with the 24mm flanges. I realized that I was using too big a flange. I bought this trying to see if going down a size in flange would do the trick. However, when I tried using it, the size was perfect but I wasn't getting much suction or milk. I've tried it a few times with no success. I did notice that it doesn't cover as much as the spectra flanges, and is slightly different in shape, so maybe it wasn't enough surface area to get a good suction for me. Read more

I’ve been using these for months now. I ordered different sizes till I finally got to these as the ones that fit me best, as the ones i got with the pump (originals) were too large and in Canada it’s waaaaaay to expensive to get original replacements.Anyways, there is no difference. They work as they should and I’ve been buying other replacement parts from this brand as well. The flanges don’t work very well as they cause weak suction, aren’t securely screwed on to bottles, and the opening for duckbills are slightly bigger than the original spectra flanges so the duckbills (original from spectra) don’t fit well. Maybe they work better with other maymom parts. Customer service was great though they issued a refund for me. Read more

I absolutely love this. I would never waste money on flanges from the manufacturer. These for my spectra better than the sow FTT ta original ones. They also don’t get that weird cloudy ness from the milk. I don’t see the point of buying name brand when you need to resize your nipples every few months to make sure you have the right size. Bought a spectra s2 pump after my medela one started to fall apart and had to find new parts in a smaller size (came with 24s which were way too big).Super impressed with these, size fits pretty well and parts fit perfectly into place with my pump and bottles.Really happy to know there are parts beyond the standard sizes, pumping is tricky enough without having to worry about finding the right pieces.
