Basically, if you are massaging like your shoulder for example and there is a tight spot or there's a knot or the massage gun thinks it could use extra precaution it will start to beat faster and give you a very deep massage in that area.This is by far the nicest feature I've seen in a massage gun and it's very relaxing to use after a long travel especially from my lower back as well as my shoulders. I just received this massage today, and it's really not that bad a massager. Easy to use, not very heavy, not very noisy. My only issue is there's no way this has an 8-hour battery life. I've used it for a total of 20 minutes and it's down to 60%. There's no way you're going to get 8 hours out of this. But, it's easy to recharge just like your phone, and it charges pretty quickly. This unit is amazing. Very handy size but also charges quickly and lasts a long time. It’s quite quiet so can use it anytime day or night. Can use anywhere on body. Has a nice soft pulsating massage which can become very strong immediately as needed automatically by applying more pressure.
