The media could not be loaded.  I immediately opened and started using it, because my neck has been sore as hell. The rubber ball attachment is my favorite one to use. Really cool blue light too.You can set it low if it's too intense or jack it all the way up and it will pulverize your sore, tense muscles.Great for the back of my legs and feet too.Works so well I'll be ordering some for gifts. I am a 22 year old female who recently is recovering from two hip surgeries within two months of each other. I suffered from a labral tear, FAI, sciatica, and Piriformis Syndrome. I got this for my wife since my hands always hurt. This was a lot cheaper than other guns out there but this came with equal or more attachments and had variable speed and more impact than some of the other devices I compared before purchase.It's use was a success! I get sore muscles in my neck and shoulders, as well as sciatica in my hip and leg, so I was looking for an all-around massage gun, but didn't want to spend the $100-300+ that many of them cost, in case I didn't like it. So I went with this one, for that reason.I like that it's easy to use, the heads are easy to switch out, and the range of power is great no matter what kind of ache you have.My only dislikes are that it's heavy, and my arms get tired of holding it while using it on my neck. It's also randomly turned off twice now when using it, both times on the highest 30 setting. It'll turn back on right away, but it is a bit concerning, as I'm not sure what's causing it.Overall, I really enjoy this. Purchaesd for my wife, but I find, I use it probably more often than she does. It has a bunch of inserts that can be swapped out. I find the should one, the curved U shape, and the one that looks like a thumb bent all the way back are my favorites at working the spots on my arms. It works quite well. I can't imagine why anyone would spend 5x more for the same thing, basically a power tool mini jackhammer! It genuinely does relieve muscle soreness after workouts. The vibration penetrates quite well even into the big leg muscles (quads, hamstrings). My roomates keep borrowing it from me, but fortunately the battery also lasts for quite a while (5-6 people used it for 10-15 minutes each, so ~2 hours, and the battery was still at 60%).
