I usually don’t have issues with sleeping. Even if I wake up in the night, I can fall back asleep pretty quickly. But lately I’ve been having bad dreams. Series of them, night after night. Not anything spooky or horrifying just stressful, sad or frustrating dreams like getting lost, hurt or losing a friend. I decided to try taking a dropper full of L Theanine to see if it could help and I’m happy to say it has helped with a more restful night and no more bad dreams the last several nights.The taste is great. The first few times I took this, I wasn’t sure it was working. Then, I had a stressful week at work and was really feeling the effects (tired, cranky, couldn’t seem to focus). I tried this again and it really seemed to take the edge off. Was I completely back to normal? Not quite. But, for a natural product it did wonders.
