It's sheer. The rough patches around my mouth are disappearing. I've tried dozens of products for that problem. Fine lines around/under my eyes are leaving. Even laugh lines are receding. The cream is super smooth and make my faces smooth and moisturized. Over the counter stuff makes me red and blotchy. You seriously need just a dab of the cream to apply and it works through the whole face. There's no smell upon application. This has last me over the 6 month mark so great purchase!
