The good thing about these is they stay in place, due to the one part fitting all the way around the second toe. Very soft. The problem is the spacer is too wide, causing discomfort when wearing. You can wear this with sandals but your toes will be seriously pinched if wearing shoes. Will wear during summer, alternating with a remedy that isn't as uncomfortable; in winter will have to find another alternative. Read more

I have a toe that laps over one big toe and forces the big toe nail to cut into my tissue, and these are the best toe separators I have found yet. I have used Pedifix Toe Buddy toe separators for several years and have tried others of similar design. They have been helpful but do not provide enough spacing to consistently help. These Mars Wellness Gel Toe Separators are on the order of a miracle for my particular need. They are well made, and the material has not yet begun to soften and deform as has happened with other brands. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Read more

There have worked perfectly for almost completely preventing and eliminating pain and worsening toe drift. They stay in place well. I did end up getting another product to use with these to stabilize toes even more but this was done only after product had been worn daily for a few weeks. They have shown no signs of damage despite being worn so much. Will buy again. Read more

I like this product because, unlike the ones the doctor gave me which just fit between the toes and I was always losing them, this product has a band which goes over the big toe and the other part separates both toes. Highly recommend if you have this problem. Read more
