The mirror suits my purposes. I bought it to install in a travel shave kit.* I needed something that would fit my tin, which lid measured 4” x 3”. However, as the lid fits over the bottom, that meant any mirror i installed could not be bigger than 3-3/4” x 2-3/4”. Additionally, as I was installing the mirror by means of adhesive-backed magnets, I needed something light. The mirror has fulfilled both the size and weight requirements very well.That said, I have not tested the claim that it’s fog-free (as I do not intend to run it under hot water, for fear it will cause the adhesive on the magnets to weaken or fail).Still, despite the mirror’s small size (relative to its competitors) it is sufficiently large enough that I can use it to shave pretty well, which was the reason for its inclusion in the travel shave kit. Additionally, the mirror seems to provide a slightly larger image in the reflection, which means I can see my ugly mug in pretty good detail (or at least good enough to allow me to get a good clean shave).I will probably buy this mirror again, should I need to make another travel shave kit.*I am far from the most arts-and-crafts capable person, so please excuse the crudity of my travel shave kit in the photos. I got this for obvious reasons... I needed an anti-fog mirror as my bathroom/shower does not include one. I also was not interested in an anti-fog mirror solution that would require a complicated install as all I was looking for is something that would enable to me to make sure I was brushing my teeth adequately while showering. Seems to work fine as a travel mirror. I wanted something more permanent and didn’t realize how small it would be so I use it for travel only in my shave bag. I bought a similar one that is larger and sticks to the shower wall for home. I would recommend getting this type tho if you heat the back with hot water it don’t fog and if dropped it wouldn’t break and cut you. Bought it to hang in my shower for shaving, but I looked at this tiny polished steel plate and scratched my head when I got it. Then I realized it's perfect as a wallet mirror for everyday carry. Very clear reflection, you can bring it out anywhere you go. Read more

Since my head is shaved, I've always preferred shaving in the shower to avoid the mess at the sink from shaving cream. However since I grew a mustache and goatee, it has become very difficult to do so while not shaving off part of what I want to keep. This shower mirror is the perfect solution and since it is metal I don't have to worry about dropping and breaking it in the shower. As for complaints about it still fogging up I've had no problem with that. you simply have to wipe the water droplets off every so often so you can see what you're doing and there's no problem. The metal is thick enough not to bend under normal conditions, which is a relief because if it was thinner I would have returned it. Mine did have a minor scratch in the middle of the mirror but I can only see it holding it at an angle away from me into the light. So I decided to keep it because metal scratches easily and I figure I will get a scratch on it before long. Still they lost a star for the scratch. Read more
