Update. I've been using this product for about a month. I've got sickening in the hair and growth around the ears. My hair grows extremely slow so any form of new growth is a miracle to me. I love this product! It definitely works! I also use the conditioner and the leave-in conditioner of this product as well. My hair is fuller, softer, bouncier, and growing fast. It also smells good. On the pro side, the shampoo gets my hair very clean. Unfortunately, that's the only nice thing I can think to say. Jeezum crow you guys, this stuff dries out my hair worse than dandruff shampoo. I bought it because I have damaged hair and I wanted to help strengthen and hurry up new growth, (which it might be doing, for all I know) but any potential benefits are utterly outweighed by the fact that this shampoo and conditioner turns the rest of my hair into a tangled pile of straw.
