This was beautifully packaged, so simple/intuitive to start using, and all around a quality product! I'm pregnant, a part-time student, and a full-time momma to a busy busy toddler! Tonight after I put my little one down, I plugged this in, applied a few drops of lavender, and had a little bit of TLC time to myself. I might add that, for me, it doubled as sound therapy! (Is that a thing?) I love the sound of the simmering water, so relaxing. I know with the spring season upon us, my allergies will be out of wack very soon, and I'm just excited to have a remedy more soothing than a Neti pot up my nostrils. Love that the volcanic rock protects the chemical integrity of the oils from high heat--that's unique to this product! Man this product has helped Aton with my asthma and respiratory issues! This puppy works quickly with almost immediate results. I’ve been very impressed with it, whether it be a nice facial cleanse or just breathing in some essential oils this does it best. This product started overflowing with boiling water approximately 5 months after the purchase date. I only used distilled water as instructed. I also fill water to the line indicated on the product. However, it always overflows now whenever I try to use it. I would like a refund. Read more
