I'm 44 now!y birthday was last week. Since I hit my 40s, I feel like the scent and feel down there has changed. I simply put the herbs at the bottom of a V Steam with a third cup of water and held the power button for 7 seconds. Once it set I set the number to 3 and watched the steam rise. I sat on it comfortably. I weigh 195 lbs and sat for 35 minutes. As busy as I am, being able to sit for 35 minutes while the V Steam powered on was much appreciated. The steam rising felt refreshing and wasn't too hot. I would advise not rising the steam to 5. When I was done, the water was easy to dump and clean up. Day one was a success. I felt refreshed and lighter and I also felt a simple scent right after. I know I will have to use it more frequently for the maximum effect. But day one was great. In fact, I'm going to use it tonight. My girlfriend uses it at least once a week for 30 minutes. Don't use during your menstrual cycle! This is a wonderful, easy to use product. I had been looking into steaming for some time based on all the benefits I read about health-wise and also for fertility purposes, but wasn’t quite comfortable going to a spa to do it publicly. So when my best friend got her Magic V Steam and loved it, I ordered mine. First of all, it got to me super fast and the packaging is really cute - had a thank you card and floral petals when you open it and it looks like a really pretty pedestal stool. Really easy to set up and prep, herbs are in a tea bag form so it’s super convenient with easy clean up afterwards and the seat covers were a nice touch. The directions were clear and overall prep time is less than ten minutes. I am bottom heavy and the seat was super comfortable. I watched a movie while steaming and had no problems. Also, the heat settings suggested are actually perfect. It was super relaxing and you can adjust the temperature to your liking; 3-4 was perfect for me. You have to prep it on 5 which is the hottest so staying at 3 to start is probably best.And let me tell you - it’s a game changer! This was my very first time steaming and I’m addicted now! Definitely going to do this once a week. It feels so refreshing and full transparency, intimacy afterwards is totally different; heightened sensitivity is the best way I can describe it. Let me begin by saying I have struggled with horrifying menstrual cramps since I first got my period, I was diagnosed with Dysmenorrhea. I have tried everything under the sun to keep the pain of cramps away without jeopardizing my health, intense cramping, nausea, diarrhea, etc would last 3/4 hours daily.
