I'm so upset. This hairpiece did not work for me, it is nicely made, though. I purchased it just to try it, and possibly return, if necessary. However, the return policy is horrible. First, the Post Office told me the cost is $18 to China, then I went to a different post office hoping to send it for $5, per the company's return instructions. The clerk said you will never get your money back, since the address was invalid. She said they'll never receive it, this address is used often, but it will never get there! I would never have purchased it, if I knew it would be impossible to return! Read more
