This is a great product. It feels sturdy and of good quality. I haven't had it long enough to know how it stands up to long term wear and tear, but it seems like it will do well. The attachment between the aneroid and the various cuffs screws on tightly, so you don't have to worry about awkwardly jamming the tubing on (like some other brands) and you don't have to worry about it falling off either. I like that there is only one tube running between the aneroid and the cuff rather than the standard two, it makes the process less cumbersome.You will not be able to comfortably use this if you are left-hand dominate. Because of the metal piece that covers one side of the pump, you'll either have to be able to learn to use it right handed or find a different model (most sets with changeable cuffs have this metal piece though).The picture is pretty misleading as to the actual color of the cuffs and zippered bag - mine is neon orange. Like the kind hunters or road workers wear. That's the only thing I don't like about it. The burnt red-orange in the picture looks so much nicer than what I actually got in the mail.The zipper case is rather large, it measures about 14 by 10.5 inches. Which is fine, just don't expect to be able to fit it in a tiny medical bag or first aide kit.I'm really, really pleased with this product! I especially like the thumb screw - it's fine tuned and sensitive, not jerky and uneven like some that I've tried. I would highly recommend this product!Also, if you were wondering, there is no pin stop at 0mmHg in the aneroid (that's what you're looking for in a quality BP set). Have a great day everyone! JUNK.The kit contains five blood pressure cuffs -- Infant, Child, Adult, Large Adult, Thigh -- and an inflating bulb with meter attached. The flexible tube coming from each cuff threads into a fitting on the bulb. Or at least that's the way it's supposed to work.In the kit I purchased, only the Infant cuff would thread into the inflating bulb. On the other four cuffs, the fitting that threads into the inflator bulb had bad threads and would not screw into the inflator bulb. Read more
