There are so many things to love about this carrier. It is SO comfortable. I barely feel like I am wearing my baby. The lumbar support takes so much of the pressure off of my back and shoulders. However, I also tried the ergobaby 360 omni, and really preferred the ease of use on the omni. I'm ultimately keeping the lillebaby because the omni does not come in the coolmesh/airflow, which is SO much better than the regular fabric (comfier, easier to clean). And the lillebaby beats every other type of carrier, except the omni. That said, if the omni came in the cool mesh, I definitely would have stuck with that one instead.The omni beats lillebaby in a few ways. It has 3 seat widths, where this carrier only has 2. The seat widths on the omni are WAY easier to change (velcro). Where on the lillebaby you have to take these loops on or off of the entire waist band (this was also hard to figure out, and I had to youtube directions because the directions that came with it were not helpful).Also, on the omni, when you switch from inward to outward facing there are these awesome buttons that easily allow you to change the support. With the lillebaby, you have to go through that entire seat width process. This is annoying because if my baby gets fussy in one position, I need to completely take the carrier off and change the width. Whereas on the omni I can just switch the buttons on the front of the carrier.Other than comparing to the Omni, here are a few more thoughts:Pros:-The amazing fabric. The airflow fabric is soft, comfy, and easy to clean. I've found that it is comfortable in many different temperatures. We've used it now from the 50s to the 90s.-The extra head support for little babies is awesome.-The lumbar support -- simply amazing.Cons:-My son is super tall, and once he stopped needing the extra head support (at about 3 months), the carrier seemed to cut off his neck at a weird spot. This lasted for two months, and then it seemed to be a perfect fit again. I kept thinking I was missing a way to adjust this.-The entire seat width change process.-The buttons on the extra head support flap constantly come undone. Pro: breathable mesh material.Con: Not for skinny moms, bulky.Be aware, if you are skinny like me (waist size 25/26 or smaller; 5’4”, 105 lbs) then this carrier doesn’t suit you.I really really want to like this carrier, but it’s just not for me despite the high reviews. I bought it because of it offers lumbar support. But in order to fit the waist belt section tight enough, I had to take out the lumbar support board, which totally defeat the purpose of giving you relief when carrying your child. I bought this on a really steep sale, thinking I could never spend so much on a carrier, but I now do think it's worth full price. Pros:1) my baby is a furnace and I can actually wear this without us dying2) the zipper pocket is SO handy3) lumbar support, comfortable straps, seriously this is so much more comfortable than a cheaper carrierCons:1) neck support isn't removeable. You need it for so little time of the use of this carrier, so it's mostly just extra fabric to trap heat2) the hood keeps coming out of it's pocket whenever I pick this thing up, and I don't think I'll ever use it3) my baby basically saturates the arm straps in spit because she noms on them constantly. I wish the straps were waterproof in that particular area. No issues so far, but I worry about mold in the cushiony padding. Read more

This is a good carrier, and has been very comfortable if it weren't for one thing, its too hot. I can't knock the carrier too much for this, because were I live right now its 115 degrees, and its like that for 6 months out of the year. Its so dreadful. Yes this is breathable mesh, but the fact that there is still a lot of fabric thats covering you, will make it hot, and my baby is like a little furnace whenever I hold her.Also the pocket in the center that holds the hood, doesn't hold the hood in very well, and always falls out. Other than those two things I would give it 5 stars.I like the fact that it:- Has adjustable straps everywhere so that you get the perfect fit.- I feel like I can go completely hands free. not afraid that the baby will fall out.- The pocket in the middle is perfect, and sooooo nice to have. If I'm going somewhere quick, I just put my phone, money, pacifier, and keys. Yes it fits all those at once.- Love the fact that this will last me a while, so therefore I feel like the 100 plus dollars is worth it.- Great back support. With my first child I just had an infantino with no back support, and I don't have back problems normally, but I was having really bad back pain after coming home from the store. after careering her around for a few hours. The back support is a must especially when they get bigger/heavier.- Baby likes it too. She seems to fall asleep pretty easily in this.- Very easy to take on and off.- hides your momma tummy very well....well at least mine.- Love the black, really cute colors to choose from, I really do enjoy the variety even though I got black which was so that my husband would be more comfortable with wearing it, and also it gender neutral, so in case I do have another child.- No problems with packaging, and delivery was very quick thanks to amazon prime.- Came with a little booklet of instructions on how to use, which was very helpful.- Straps are really thick, and have nice firm cushion. Very comfortable.with all the carriers out there, I tried to do a lot of research for myself which one was best. Love this carrier! Definitely keeps me cooler than our other sling and offers a lot more support so no more achey shoulders. Can be a bit fiddly to adjust the tension of straps once baby is in but once you get the fit correct it's very comfy. Can't wait to try the other carrying positions once my son is old enough! We really like how many options this carrier has. We researched many features we wanted in a soft structured carrier, and this best meets our needs. We wanted something my husband and I would be comfortable in, wouldn't run too hot, had a cover and a pocket, can wear forward facing, works with a wide range of baby sizes for maximum use. We took a chance since we couldn't find a local store to try it on. I am petite and it did seem a bit big and clumsy when I first got it but now that I have gotten used to it, and my baby has, works really great! It says you can use for newborns but mine didn't like it at first. You can make the crotch more narrow but I had to put a folded receiving blanket underneath for better comfort for him. He really likes it now and falls asleep when I put him inward facing but also enjoys forward facing when awake. Once it get used it is easy to adjust sizes between my husband and myself. My husband enjoys using it as well even though he is more broad. The fabric was stiff at first, but now it is easy to adjust. I did have to find removable drool pads and drool bib because my guy wants to chew on the straps so has to be washed more frequently otherwise. We are happy with it though and would highly recommend Lillebaby! Read more
