About this item MAXIMIZE YOUR HYDRATION - Just add one serving of LYTEshow electrolyte-replenishing, liquid concentrate to 32 oz. of water to create an isotonic beverage that rapidly replaces electrolytes and fluids lost from sweating, exercising, or other dehydrating situations so your body can rehydrate and return to its natural balance. WE REFUSE TO COMPROMISE QUALITY - Magnesium is an electrolyte critical for energy conversion, muscle function and nerve conduction that many sports drinks, electrolyte powders and pills leave out simply because it is too pricey. This essential electrolyte is a key component of our perfectly balanced formula of not only magnesium, sodium, chloride, potassium electrolytes, and trace minerals, but also zinc, an essential trace element enhances the body's natural immune system response. DON’T GET RUN DOWN - Enhance immune support with zinc and help muscle recovery and energy with electrolytes. Dehydration can leave you feeling run down, low on energy, and even cause brain fogginess. LYTEshow’s liquid concentrate can help restore and replenish electrolytes to assist your body in water absorption, fluid balance regulation within the cells, and proper brain function for energy conversion and metabolism. JUST THE STUFF YOU NEED - You won't find calories, sugars, sweeteners, carbohydrates, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives here! Not to mention LYTEshow is non-GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan, Keto Friendly & Whole30 Approved. 3rd Party Tested and Made in the USA. SOME LIKE IT HOT, SOME LIKE IT COLD - LYTEshow has a slightly tart and salty flavor and can be added to either cold or hot water, including beverages such as smoothies, tea, and even carbonated beverages. If you're sensitive to the mineral flavor, we recommend adding less or mixing with a squeeze of lemon or splash of juice!

I’ve been using this product for 4 years. Initially i thought this would be great for my summer music festival trips, but my need for this product has progressed to other athletic activities too. I can honestly say this product is awesome! I squeeze a small pouch of these into my hydration pack and i’m good to go all day long. I’ve used this product for weekend long music festivals, hiking, extensive exercising in hot weather. This beats just drinking water alone. My body needs the added electrolytes because of a serious medical condition and this helps alleviate any muscle pain after my workouts. I cannot suggest this product enough. If you are a serious athlete, weekend warrior, or just looking to beat those lame hangovers, please try this product. It’s worth it. Your wallet and body will thank you later. Not a paid reviewer, just an incredibly frugal shopper. Read more

As a cancer survivor, I've been left with a weak immune system due to chemo and radiation. I like this liquid, as opposed to powdered, very much as I am able to go out into the North Carolina heat and humidity with protection with my 32 oz bottle of water with Lyte Show. I no longer fear passing out in Temps above 75 as Lyte Show keeps my white cell count functional as long as I remember to start my day early with it and skipping coffee is advisable. The flavor is minimal and not bad and the easy to use travel packs will have ya cut the tip, squirt it into your bottle with ice and water ... you're good to go. Read more

I've used the smaller, bottled liquid version of this a few years ago when I was working outside in the heat. Really liked it then. Decided to try this larger, single serving Rip Pack version when I started Keto again. Wow! Does it ever stop the "Keto Flu"!!!! If I pay attention to the first signs that my system is "tipping", I just rip open one of these into a glass of water....within 10 minutes the "tipping" has vanished. Sometimes I add a bit of Himalayan salt if needed. This is such a good product. I tried a different (powdered) electrolyte...not good...wouldn't dissolve in water even when I let it set for a bit. So I ordered this. Glad I did. And glad to have a free second pack of 50!!! Read more

This is the shizznit of rehydration tabs/packs. I've used Pedialyte, Nuun, and other brands, as well as coconut water powder. The only thing close to Lyte Show is the coconut water powder, which also has Magnesium, a critical component of rehydrating dehydration victims. Lyte Show, however, has more. So, if you're traveling to third world locations or just managing expired hikers, this is a must for med kits. It's among the more commonly used items, too, that should go in the quick access portion of any med kit, like small bandages and blister items (duct tape). Read more

Love these electrolytes. I’m keto and was struggling to find electrolytes that didn’t include stevia or artificial sweeteners which don’t agree with my system and still spike my insulin even though they are “sugar free”. These packets are clean and don’t rely on artificial sugars. Also my husband is really happy and they are the only thing that prevents his chronic cramps. I like the individual packet size bc then I know I get the right amount of electrolytes per serving of water and feel balanced throughout the day. Read more

I had the Lyteshow hydration in the bottle form before, and found it worked well, but it was little bit of a pain to count the number of drops each time. It's definitely a lot easier to open a rip pack and put it in water, and the package design is good and easy to open. They're great for travel too. I never mix with 32 ounces, usually bout 12 ounces or so. I see some people complain about the taste, it's really not anything, neither good nor bad. It tastes a bit salty, and that's really about it. If you're trying to feed it to your little kid then yes maybe they'll complain, but it's fine tasting, and easy going down. I use it primarily for sports prep/recovery and hangovers (prevention night before bed or morning after). Read more

My wife and I live in East-Central Florida and play doubles tennis 3-4 times a week. For about 6 months of the year, it gets HOT! and you sweat profusely, even you are in the best of shape. We drink a lot of water during and after playing, but you need more than rehydration, you need to replace electrolytes lost through perspiration. My wife frequently suffered from painful muscle cramps at night from electrolyte depletion. We were looking for something besides the usual sports drinks (Gatorade, etc.) that were loaded with sugar and dyes, or the "lite" versions which substituted artificial sweeteners (Sucralose, etc.) Even the non-flavored Pedialyte was full of sugar and was expensive. I searched through all the electrolyte offerings on Amazon, read the reviews, checked the ingredients, and finally settled on LYTEshow Ionic Electrolyte Concentrate, primarily because it was sugar/artificial sweetener/dye-free. There were a few reviews complaining about the taste, but we found that aside from a slight saltiness, flavor was not a factor. The great things about it are that it comes in small sachet envelopes, each one able to treat 32oz of water; it's liquid, so there's no powder to measure, dissolve, etc.; and you can use 1/2 a sachet to treat a normal 16oz water bottle and stick the sachet with what's left in the fridge for the next use. As stated above, one sachet in a 32oz thermal bottle of water imparts a very faint, not at all unpleasant slight saltiness to the water. It's easy to drink and, with ice in the thermos, very refreshing. What's even better is that since she's been using LYTEshow, my wife has not had any more muscle cramps. This is the ideal solution to electrolyte replacement - no mess, easy to use, no "bad stuff" (sugar, artificial sweeteners, dyes), barely noticeable but pleasant saltiness, and IT WORKS for electrolyte replacement. This is going in my first aid kits and my tennis bag - I can't recommend LYTEshow highly enough. Read more
