I am geeked out for these. I now take 5 of lypo- spheric gel pouch vitamins. I line up 3 shot glasses and pour in orange juice then distribute pouches and shoot! Never taste them. And never felt better! Read more

This is the first time using this type of L-Carnitine or any for that matter. I like the fact that it the most bio-available type of supplement according the company.
