Loved this palette! Purple is my favorite color, and each shade has a really nice color payoff that’s very buildable and blendable! Has really good base colors, so there are tons of different combinations just with this set. Brushes aren’t too great, but I love the little under eye gel pads! Comes with a punch of them, and really helps with fallout even though for the price, there isn’t too much of that unless you’re using glitter or a shimmer shadow! I love this product. I wasn’t going for the way too much eyeshadow look. I just wanted beautiful hues of purple. The mirror worked well for me since, I was applying the makeup in my room verses a full mirror. I personally do better with sponge applicators, but the brushes worked great as well as the eyeliner. There are 12 gorgeous shades in this eyeshadow set. They are matte, but have a pretty sheen to them. There isn’t much fallout either, which I especially liked. I did a swatch on the inside of my arm that you can see in my pictures. I’m very pale, so it’s a bit difficult to see the first couple of neutral shades, but they are opaque. I did a closeup shot, which you can see better, but again, due to my light skin tone, it blends in.This would be a great set for traveling as you have a large variety of colors that can be used for day or night looks. Or, for someone who doesn’t have room for multiple packs of eyeshadow sets with one or two colors as you get a nice size set of twelve colors in one small box approximately 6” x 4”. Read more

I was amazingly surprised when I first got this. I've been leary about ordering makeup through Amazon, especially eyeshadow as it usually comes all broken up, but the packaging was very tight and padded and prevented that so mad props there! The color selection in the purple pallete is great and all the colors go together well. I've done several combinations. It blends really easily and stays on well. It is a bit of a pain when I mess up though. It doesn't stain or anything but it is waterproof so I have to use makeup remover. I've only tested it for 5 hours without finishing spray but it lasted really well during that time. I've used this for both regular wear and for my "goth" makeup for when I go out. Holds putting well through 100 f degrees outdoor temperatures and it smudged well when I started to sweat too much and purposely smudged it for a look. Read more

These are so lovely to look at and the packaging is beautiful. They also swatch really nicely. However, after using them on my eyes, I found the longevity lacking. I would put them on first thing in the morning and by lunchtime, they were already beginning to fade. The palettes aren't ridiculously expensive, so the value is there just not the quality. Read more
